Dr. Vijaypat Singhania : Chairman

Dr. Singhania has nearly four decades of experience in the management of several industrial units as the Chief Executive. Dr. Singhania also serves as Chairman of the group companies and currently is Chairman of J. K. Investo Trade ( India ) Limited in a non-executive capacity.
Dr. Vijaypat Singhania joined the Board of the company in March 1964 and was appointed Managing Director in September 1966. Thereafter, he was appointed Chairman and Managing Director of the company in January 1978, which position he held till January 1981. |
Dr. Singhania is actively associated with Indian Merchants' Chamber, Indian Woollen Mills Federation, and Founder patron of Federation of Indian Pilots. Dr. Singhania has undergone the Advanced Management Programme (AMP) in Harvard. Dr. Singhania was a member of the FICCI trade delegation to Russia and Australia and the delegation of the Government of India to France .

Shri Gautam Hari Singhania : Director
Shri Gautam Hari Singhania joined the Raymond Group of Companies in the year 1986. He joined the Board of J. K. Investo Trade ( India ) Limited in June 1990. Shri Gautam Hari Singhania was also appointed as Whole-time Director on the Board of Raymond Ltd. in 1990 and was, thereafter, elevated to the position of Managing Director in mid-1999, in charge of all companies and subsidiaries of the Raymond Group in India and abroad.
With a drive for creating new brands, Shri Gautam Hari Singhania has been taking active interest and has been innovative in the launch of new services and products under Raymond Group of Companies. He was instrumental in setting up Company's Condom Division of 250 million pieces per annuam in technical collaboration with Samsung Company Ltd. and Shinheng Corporation of South Korea and in the successful launch of the brand KamaSutra in 1991.
With a long term prospective in view, Shri Gautam Hari Singhania was instrumental in hiving off the Condom division of the Company to a 50:50 joint venture with a world major manufacturer of condoms, Ansell International, a division of Pacific Dunlop Limited of Australia . As a consequence of joint venture J. K. Ansell Limited, with 50% ownership of J. K. Investo Trade (India) Limited (a Raymond group company) and 50% ownership of Pacific Dunlop Limited of Australia (a Ansell group company) came into existence in the year 1996 and the joint venture has since been achieving good results year after year under his leadership.

Shri Nabankur Gupta : Director
Shri Nabankur Gupta is a graduate from IIT, Delhi in Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Shri Nabankur Gupta was appointed as Director of J. K. Investo Trade ( India ) Limited in July 2003. Shri Gupta is an independent Director on the board of J. K. Investo Trade (India) Limited and has been inducted on the Board of J. K. Helene Curtis Limited, a subsidiary of the Company in December 2005. Shri Nabankur Gupta is also Chairman of the Audit Committee of the Company.
Shri Nabankur Gupta possesses vast, rich and varied experience of over three decades in project management and marketing of consumer durable. Shri Gupta pioneered the concept of sub-branding and subsequently, multi-branding in the area of consumer durable for the first time in India .
Shri Nabankur Gupta joined the Raymond group as Group President on 1 st August 2000 and continued as Group President till 31 st March 2005 . Presently he is a non-executive director on the board of Raymond Limited.
Shri Gupta was the first Indian to receive recognition by the Advertising Age International, New York , in 1995 with the title of 'Marketing Superstar'.

Shri R. K. Ganeriwala : Whole-time Director
Shri R. K. Ganeriwala, a commerce graduate and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, is a Whole-time Director of the Company since 24 th April 2003 . He has been effectively discharging his responsibilities which are broadly to achieve strategic, operational and financial goals. He has rich experience and was overall charge of the Company's operations from last several years.
Shri R. K. Ganeriwala joined Raymond Group in December 1978. Over the years, he became well versed and adept not only in matters concerning taxation, finance and investment management but also in the field of business management with special emphasis on finance. Considering his contribution, display of leadership and sense of commitment, he was entrusted with complete responsibility for management of the affairs of the Company. Looking at his overall experience and potential, he was appointed as Director - Finance of the company in 2001. In a short span of time he became a member of the core group of the senior management of the Raymond Group and over the years assumed organizational role much beyond his functional brief.
